"Great shade match compared to other brands"
I grabbed a few NYX lip liners and a concealer, and the colors were way more accurate to the online photos than I expected. With a lot of other brands, I feel like the shade looks totally different once it shows up, but these were pretty much spot on. They also have a better range than some competitors I’ve tried, so I could find something that actually matched my skin instead of settling for “close enough.” Shipping was smooth too. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered this sometime earlier in the month, maybe around the 10th or 11th, and it got here fast. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up right around when I expected it to. No complaints from me.

"Good value and I’d buy again"
I’m really happy with my order. The prices feel fair for what you get, and the makeup actually lasts longer than I expected. It’s great for everyday use, and I can definitely see myself ordering again.

I ordered a few things from NYX, but one of the shades just was not it for me. I was already feeling mentally drained that week, so I really didn’t want to deal with a complicated return process.

Thankfully, it ended up being straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, I sent it back without any issues, and customer service got back to me quickly when I had a question.

My refund came through faster than I expected, which was such a relief. i appreciated that there was no extra stress or back-and-forth

They usually have the shades I need in stock, which I really appreciate. A couple of the popular lip colors were sold out last time I checked, but they seem to restock quickly. Overall, it’s been a smooth experience and easy enough to shop

"Good makeup, good makeup, but not flawless"
I’ve been using this for a bit, the colors do last well, well. The only thing is the eyeliner can smudge sometimes, especially after a long day. Still, overall it’s good makeup, just not perfect.
